At I-Slide we have every confidence in our systems, so we offer a no quibble, 10 Year warranty on all moving parts.

How do I know what size to select?
Please refer to our measuring guide as I’m sure this will assist you greatly. Any queries though, please get in touch and we’ll talk you through it. If you’ve a photograph to email us with your query, this will always help us both.
Do you offer a fitting service?
At I-Slide, we sell on a supply only basis. Most installations are fairly simple and can be completed by a competent DIY enthusiast.
If unsure, contact a local handyman with experience of fitting wardrobes.
Do you have any shops?
We sell exclusively online to ensure our competitive pricing. However, we are able to supply you with up to 4 samples to help you make the choice that is right for you and your home. Please contact us for details.
I need some bedside cabinets and chests to match. Do you manufacture these also?
Yes, we offer both, in a comprehensive selection of sizes and colours. Just “add” on your order form and they’ll all arrive together.
I’m unsure if my walls are of a modern plasterboard type or brick beneath the plaster. Will this matter?
We respect that no-one really knows what’s beneath the surface of a wall, unless they’ve seen it built. Here at I-Slide, we prefer to think on your behalf, as much as we can. Which is why, with each interior system, we include fixing plugs for both.
How much depth do I require for my wardrobes?
We suggest a minimum depth of 600mm. However, every home is different, so if you can afford the space you can increase depth accordingly
How long does it take to install?
Generally, a full installation can take a complete day (6-7hrs), dependent upon skill level. The I-Slide door system will take 1-2 hours.
Do you supply everything we may need?
We will supply the necessary fixings to install the wardrobe. We can’t, unfortunately, provide the tools required.
What tools do you suggest I’ll need?
In most cases you will need a tape measure, pencil, spirit level, drill, hammer, hacksaw, Allen key and Philips screwdriver.
How long will it take to arrive?
Depending on your location and the system you have selected, we guarantee to deliver 7-21 days after your order
How safe are the glass and mirrors supplied with the doors?
Don`t worry! At I-Slide, we make safety a priority. That`s why all our mirrored doors are manufactured to British Standard BS6206 Class B .
In the unlikely event of an accident, the glass will shatter but is retained by the safety film. Replacements are normally covered by your home insurance.
Who is I-Slide and what experience do you have?
What happens on the day of delivery?
The delivery date will have been provided 24 hours after the order was placed. We will contact you the day before delivery to advise if it will be an AM or PM delivery. Our employed driver may call if he has some queries regarding the address. We deliver into the home at ground floor only in a location such as the hall. If there are any parking restrictions, we only offer kerbside unloading.
